Its been a long time since I have blogged about anything. As soon as I have the little one, I will start updating some pictures and more information, which the due date is April 5th so we will see how soon this will happen!

Tonight I watched "Brother's"......Good movie, wish it would have ended with a little more to it....still good! Tomorrow though I am cooking and will upload some new pics up of some delish food!

A tuesday in the dusk

Well, I had my chickpea cutlets tonight, since I have leftovers, with amazing mustard sauce for it. So good. I had it on a whole wheat muffin, delish! Getting into it with the hubby and needed my comfort food......

Last week

So last week I made the best salad I have ever made! It is so delicious and incredibly easy to make! Here's a nice picture of it. Its just endives, pears, and caramilzed pecans. I did mix in some spinach and some romaine with it for more flavors. It is a huge burst of flavor in your mouth. Let me know if you want the recipe~

Hello everyone! This is my first blog. I wanted to right down my ideas on wanting to be a chef, new recipes, my Vegan way, etc! I am 25, married, and living in Salt Lake.
